Refund policy

At KIYA, we want to ensure your little ones love their new outfits. If something isn't quite right, our return process is designed to be as straightforward as possible.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 5 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • All original tags and labels must remain intact.

  • A quality control (QC) check will be performed on all returned items before a refund is approved.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Innerwear and socks.

  • Hair accessories (headbands, clips, etc.).

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Items marked as Clearance or Final Sale.

3. Refund Options & Processing Fees

Please note that return shipping and processing fees are applied per item, not per order.

  • COD Orders: Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are issued only via Store Credits.

  • Gift Cards: Orders paid via gift card are eligible for Store Credit refunds only.

  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping charges and payment gateway fees are not refundable.

4. International Returns

  • Self-Shipping: We do not offer reverse pickups outside of India. Customers must ship the items back to our warehouse at their own expense.

  • Refund Choice: International customers may choose between Store Credit or a refund to the original payment method.

  • Cancellations: International order cancellations incur a 5% fee.

5. Cancellations & Exchanges

  • No Direct Exchanges: To get a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

  • Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: A 2% bank processing fee applies to orders cancelled before they leave our warehouse.

  • Post-Dispatch Cancellation: A cancellation fee of ₹149 applies. For COD orders, the ₹100 COD charge is non-refundable.


⚠️ Important Notes

  • Unpacking Video: We strongly recommend filming an unpacking video. This is your best proof in the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product.

  • Store Credits: Credits are non-transferable, cannot be encashed, and do not expire.

  • QC Approval: If a return fails our quality check (e.g., shows signs of wear or missing tags), the item will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
