Shipping policy

At KIYA, we aim to get your little one's favorites to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible. We partner with reputed national couriers to ensure reliable service across India and internationally.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Order Tracking: As soon as your package ships, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery.

2. Domestic Shipping (India)

  • Delivery Timeline: * Metros: 2–5 business days post-dispatch.

    • Rest of India: 5–7 business days post-dispatch.

  • Shipping Charges: Free shipping on orders above ₹999. A flat fee of ₹50 applies to orders below this.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is terminated for a while.

3. International Shipping

  • Service: We ship globally via partners like DHL, FedEx, or Aramex.

  • Timeline: International orders typically take 7–15 business days to arrive, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

  • Duties & Taxes: For international orders, any Customs Duties, Import VAT, or Local Taxes levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery.

  • Self-Ship Returns: Please note that we do not offer reverse pickups for international orders.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Before Dispatch: Cancellations made before the order is handed over to the courier are subject to a 2% bank processing fee.

  • After Dispatch: If you cancel an order after it has been dispatched, a cancellation fee of ₹149 will be deducted from your refund to cover the forward and reverse logistics costs.

5. Damaged or Tampered Packages

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a package that is visibly tampered with or damaged:

  1. Do not accept the delivery.

  2. Take a photo/video of the package.

  3. Contact our support team immediately at care@kiyastore.in

  4. Pro Tip: We highly recommend recording an unpacking video to help us resolve any claims regarding missing or damaged items quickly.

6. Important Delivery Notes

  • Failed Delivery: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the package remains undelivered due to an incorrect address or the recipient being unreachable, it will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping such orders may incur additional charges.

  • Address Changes: We can only change the shipping address if the order has not yet been dispatched.
